1. Purpose of this website

This website presents the KalyxX water-treatment systems supplied by EIMEX in Pakistan and allows you to request a price and technical guidance. It is a catalogue and enquiry service, not an online checkout.

2. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications and diagrams are provided by the manufacturer and are given for general guidance. Specifications may change without notice. Images are illustrative of the product supplied.

3. Quotations and pricing

Prices are confirmed per enquiry because they depend on the model, connection size, quantity and delivery location. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on that quotation and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by EIMEX.

4. Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is unavailable we will tell you the expected lead time or propose an alternative model.

5. Installation requirements

Units must be installed in line with the manufacturer's instructions, in the correct flow direction, with suitable pipe sizing and pressure. Installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber.

Performance depends on water conditions, hardness, flow rate, installation quality and the product selected. EIMEX does not guarantee a specific measured result.

6. Payment terms

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any advance-payment requirement are stated on the individual quotation or invoice.

7. Warranty limitations

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, freezing, pressure surges, unauthorised modification or normal wear of serviceable parts such as filter mesh.

8. Returns

Return conditions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Installed or used products cannot be returned.

9. Intellectual property

All text, product photography, diagrams, trademarks and brand names on this website belong to EIMEX or to the manufacturer and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EIMEX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of a product, including loss of business or water damage caused by third-party installation work.

11. Governing law
