Technology
How IPS100 works in the Mini
Inside the metal body, a white tablet filtration medium works together with the electrodes to reduce calcium's ability to form deposits, while a 75 μm mesh holds back mud and rust before they reach the appliance valve. The manufacturer states effective protection against limescale and impurities with 100% efficiency for this IPS100 point-of-use device.
- Installs at an angle valve for a single appliance: washing machines, dishwashers, smart toilets, water heaters or showers.

Installation and cartridge care
- 1
Close the angle valve serving the appliance and disconnect the inlet hose.
- 2
Confirm your valve thread — the manufacturer shows 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" female variants.
- 3
Screw the Mini directly onto the angle valve, keeping the seal in place.
- 4
Reconnect the appliance hose to the Mini outlet and hand-tighten.
- 5
Open the valve slowly and check for leaks before running the appliance.
Cartridge replacement
Up to 12 months or 22,000 litres, whichever comes first. Heavier use or dirtier supplies shorten this.
User-installable, with a check
It screws straight onto an angle valve, but confirm the connection size first and use a professional plumber if you are unsure.
Limitations
Protects one appliance only. It does not soften water, does not remove dissolved minerals and is not suitable for drinking-water treatment. Maximum water hardness < 56 °dH (10 mmol/L).
